With that good news, comes even more good news. The Resurgence of MoH:AA competition. This one made me think for an long time. I know MoH:AA got old and it got old quick. But one of the reasons that it got old was a general lack of competition. Alot has changed since then for sure. But one of the things that I do generally miss in all of this console nonsense was an awesome ladder for competition. And in competition I mean where everyone put in effort to win as a team. Where you didn't have to put on a one man show just to appear on the front page leaderboards. LAME!
I think we can pull this off for certain and resurrect the Violence. The number one ladder spot in MoH:AA was our home where we lived for many years anyways. Even though there seems to be a dust buildup on the good old defibrillators, we should be able to put the electricity back in the Violence. My question is who's up for another run?
From us here at Violentricity to everyone around the world. Merry Christmas to all! Have a great and happy holiday this year!We hope you have peace, love, and joy on this special day.
As I'm sure you probably already have known the Tribes Ascend Beta Kicked off on 11/4/11. The good news is that I bought into the beta and got a first hand look at what the game is going to become. I must say I'm impressed overall but Hi-Rez will need to stay the course if they are to make this one great.
I've posted my first impressions on the tribes forum. So check it out when you have the chance.
If anyone else gets into the beta, be sure to let me know. Feels good to have a jetpack on my back once again!
To make things easier to manage I've moved the old threads from their respective forums into the General discussion forum beings the threads and posts are no longer relevant to anything today. This took effect for all forums from the past, both public and private.
Beings the threads were no longer relevant to anything in the future, I went ahead and unstuck any threads that were stuck. If you happen to find any I missed, un-stick them please.
I'm still deciding on the best way to manage the old threads and forum categories. If anyone has suggestions let me know.
I'm also still working on the site when I can. If anyone has anything they would like added, adjusted, or changed, let me know. Hope you enjoy the archives. I was paging through them today. GG's are indeed mandatory.

Long overdue. Welcome to the new site. I hope you enjoy it. And while I say new, I'd also like to mention something old. You'll notice that although the site is new, the forums have been populated with old forum data that dates back to our early beginnings of the year 2003. Feel free to browse around and take a look.
One thing that I would like to mention that if you do have an old account, but no longer have access to it for any reason. Feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can get your account access back for you. You will however have to verify some information on that account as we'd like to try to prevent unauthorized access to said accounts and verify your identity.
Long overdue, I'm in the process of moving the site to a new host. In the process I've decided to migrate the site over to the new one. Although not completed this will alleviate the spam that is plaguing this one, as well as move the site over to a more community centric approach. When you see the new site, you'll know we're on our new much faster and improved host.
[Update]If you can read this. Your seeing the new host. [/Update]
I just wanted to throw up a quick post letting you know how things are coming along with the new website. And unfortunately they're aren't moving. Sad I took up a new website project for a friend of mine which is currently sucking up all my time and energy. The good news is that this will give me extra resources when I can get back to working on our new site. Which is good because I plan to move hosts and possibly get us a dedicated server back. The bad news is that this project has led me to another client and into another project. Which I will need to prioritize ahead of continuing work on our new website. This all is going to delay me at least another month from finishing off our new website. I'm dedicated though, I haven't forgotten, and I'll continue to work on the new site as time allows. You know how to get to the new site and the work in progress, so check in there from time to time to see how things are moving along. Wink If you have any suggestions on the new website feel free to post them on the new forums (preferred) or in the existing ones.

[HFNews]What seems like an ever increasing PC gaming move now a days of only providing dedicated servers to game server providers, Kaos (Development team behind Homefront) & THQ have announced that their upcoming FPS franchise "Homefront" will in fact have dedicated PC servers, and will be providing them to the public 1 week after launch. Finally a great looking game that is actually starting off on the right foot! This game could very well be the Call of Duty Killer!
You can checkout more of Homefront here. Or checkout the official community announcement here. This is looking very positive right about now. Kaos has already stated that there game will feature in game competition.

In order to combat the recent spam/bot attack on our site I've decided to disable certain features of the site. At this time the Guestbook, Photo Gallery, Roster comments, and News Comments have all been disabled. These features will be re-enabled with the new website. However at this time have been disabled. You may have noticed that registration on this site is hard to read. Surprisingly it's even easier for the bots to read which I don't understand.
I'm happy to announce that our new site will incorporate re-captcha throughout most of it's pages so this shouldn't be a problem. Delta nor myself have the nerve to tolerate this any longer, so instead of ripping our hair out, I've decided to make both our lives easier and just disable those features.
The new page is coming along nicely and will be done soon. As always stay tuned...
